How to Book

Three steps to your first class

1. Register or sign in

Use the registration card below to create your Momentum profile, or sign in to the MindBody app with your existing credentials.

2. Pick a class

Browse the live schedule by day, time, or class type. Reserve your spot in a tap. First-class intro offers may apply.

3. Arrive + move

Show up 10-15 minutes early for your first class. Bring water and grippy socks. We handle the rest.

Create your client account

Set up your client profile in seconds. Your account works on the website and inside the MindBody app. Same login. Same packs. Same memberships.

Class policies

  • Reservations: All classes require a reservation through the MindBody app.
  • Cancellations: Cancel through the app at least the window shown on your class listing to avoid a late-cancel or no-show fee.
  • Arrival: The studio door opens 15 minutes before class. Arrive on time — late entry may not be permitted once the class has started.
  • Waiver: A signed health waiver is required before your first class. It is part of the MindBody intake.
  • Grippy socks: Required on all equipment. Available at the front desk if you forget yours.
